STRENGTH:

Built from a combination of 1/4" and 1/8" thick steel plate and TIG welded to protect you from the trail. You won't have to be afraid of touching the rocks any longer!

Heavy duty mounting brackets laser cut and TIG welded from 4130 chromoly steel plate to ensure the bumper remains in place no matter the level of abuse.

1" thick D-ring mounts for ultimate strength during recovery operations.

Winch is mounted to chassis using all 1/4" thick steel plate to provide secure and safe recovery operations.

Metric grade 12.9 fasteners used throughout.

PERFORMANCE:

Designed to be held as close to the chassis and body work as possible, but still provide ample protection from the trail.

Holds an 8000 lb winch in an unobtrusive manner and still greatly improves approach angle and tire clearance.

Design enables use as a glide plate to get you up over obstacles and support the weight of the front end should you happen to slide down on it.

Light mounting ports are designed to protect the lights from the trail and can be aimed straight or angled for desired light output.

The side plates can easily be trimmed to match fender trimming if needed to clear larger tires.

Lower tube section provides ample radiator protection without sacrificing air flow and supports the weight of the front end.

STYLE:

Finally you can have all the strength and performance you need, along with great looks for your Jeep WJ. The bumper lines follow body lines unobtrusively, and still provide the protection and ground clearance needed to keep you inclining and moving forward. Fully designed using 3D CAD software and manufactured with CNC Laser cutters to ensure optimum fit, finish and quality. All outer edges are sanded smooth for a clean look. It is 100% American Made in our facility in Mesa, Arizona.

DETAILS:

Compatible with most 8000 lb winches, including Warn M8000, XD9000, Ramsey Patriot 9500 and 8000, and Smittybuilt XRC8000 or any winch with 4.5" x 10" mounting and fits within a 24.25" x 6.5" footprint. Set up for Hawse type fairlead, 3/4" sized D-rings, and 5" Lights (ProComp 55).

Custom color powdercoating available at the factory for additional cost.


INSTALLATION:

Installation requires minor trimming of front sheet metal hidden behind the bumper, and for 99-00 Limited and Overlands, the factory facia (bumper) will have to be cut with a knife to be seperated from the grill.
