- A representative may ask you to email them photographs to their specific email address.
- All returns must be called in. At that time you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This
number must be written on the outside of the package and will be your reference for checking status.
- Any package without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
- All return items for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Freight charges are not refundable.
